| Friends of the Waukee Public Library Book, Bake, and Plant Sale April 10, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Friends of the Waukee Public Library will hold their semi-annual fund raising sale on April 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The sale will feature books, movies, homemade goodies, house plants. All proceeds from the sale will benefit the Waukee Public Library. |

Tax Forms Tax forms are now available at the library. Tax forms are also available online at http://www.irs.gov and http://www.state.ia.us/tax. Paper versions of many tax forms are no longer available, but may be obtained online. The Waukee Public Library has 10 public access Internet computers available if you wish to file online. AARP Tax-Aide AARP Tax-Aide is for taxpayers with low and moderate income, with special attention to those ages 60 and older. This service is available at the library on a first come, first served basis on Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30-12:30 p.m. through April 15. |
| Donations The Waukee Public Library and the Friends of the Waukee Public Library happily accept donations of current magazines, gently used books, movies, and audiobooks to be used in the library's collection, to sell in the Friends' book nook, or to sell at one of the Friends' semi-annual book and bake sales. The WPL and the Friends of WPL do not accept donations of textbooks, encyclopedias, damaged books, or noncurrent magazines. Thank you, we appreciate your generous donations! |
